Community associations
HOA boards and community managers. A cover that goes in the packet: pass or needs work, photos a neighbor can read, cost-ranked fixes, and the municipal form. 60-day reminder so March is not a surprise.

Who we inspect
Community associations and small-to-medium businesses own the same kinds of stormwater ponds / stormwater controls (SCMs). KapTin inspects both. Town forms for the reviewer; a one-page cover for the board or the owner. You do not need to know the form number.

Retail and strip centers, office parks, medical campuses, light industrial, and apartments. You received a town or county letter. You do not keep a PE on staff. We inspect the pond or control and give you a report you can file. Commercial visits have a $650 floor.
