Community associations and small-to-medium businesses own the same kinds of stormwater ponds / stormwater controls (SCMs). KapTin inspects both. Town forms for the reviewer; a one-page cover for the board or the owner. You do not need to know the form number.

Retail and strip centers, office parks, medical campuses, light industrial, and apartments. You received a town or county letter. You do not keep a PE on staff. We inspect the pond or control and give you a report you can file. Commercial visits have a $650 floor.

- The form the town wants. The actual municipal packet for Mooresville, Huntersville, Lincoln, or Mecklenburg — not one generic PDF. You do not need the form number.
- Reminder, 60 days out. So next year’s due date is on a calendar, not a panic email in March.

- Annual stormwater pond / control inspection is typically due before March 31. Confirm the current town notice for your facility.
- Town of Huntersville
- Inspection due within 45 days of the as-built anniversary. Put that date on the calendar once; we remind you 60 days before the next one.
- Lincoln County & Mecklenburg PCSO
- Follow the due date on your permit, as-built, or county notice. Send it when you request the inspection.

Notice of Missing Report or Notice of Violation: 1.4× the list rate for a field visit and report within 5 calendar days when the calendar allows. We still inspect — we do not promise that a late filing will be excused.
HOA, 2–3 ponds or controls: $395 first + $250 each additional. Four to six typically $1,250–$1,650. Commercial visits: à la carte with a $650 floor. Optional 2-year contract at 10% off with the reminder service.
